  • Answer questions regarding the University policies and procedures related to corrective and disciplinary actions, reductions in force, separations, and grievances.
  • Advise managers regarding corrective and disciplinary actions.
  • Process staff separations and reductions in force.
  • Answer staff questions regarding the grievance process.
  • Advise managers during the grievance process.
  • Act as a support, resource and advisor to the HR Service Teams and HR management.
  • Provide information to all staff regarding employment-related issues, concerns, and employment rights.
  • Provide feedback to managers from exit surveys to identify potential issues and work with managers to resolve them.
