Am I Eligible for Re-hire?

In situations involving termination (voluntary or involuntary) due to unacceptable personal conduct, the University may determine that you are ineligible to reapply to the University for a period of at least (5) five years. Should this occur, you will receive written notification of this determination under separate cover from the Manager of Employee Relations. Although a designation of ineligible for reapplication is not grievable under University Policy and Procedure No. 2-32, you may appeal the no-rehire decision in accordance with the guidelines set forth in that correspondence.
