Qualifications
Six months of radio announcing experience or equivalent education; effective verbal and written communication skills; and demonstrated human relation skills required required.College level courses in Communications preferred.
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

Essential Functions
- Announces programs and plays music as assigned.
- Collects material to be aired on assigned shift.
- Announces promotional material assigned by the Promotion Office; may write promotional material as assigned.
- Follows and completes daily operating log, in compliance with FCC rules and regulations.
- Keeps informed of audience research data and current broadcast information.
- Submits program ideas and changes to supervisor for approval.
