Employee Voice
University of Utah Staff Council
- Provides a forum for employees to express concerns, make recommendations, and give advice regarding wages and salaries, employee benefits, working conditions, and other matters.
- Plays an integral part in the shared governance of the University of Utah.
- Its status is codified both in the Policy and Procedures Manual and in the history of the University.
- Senate works with University Administration to take initiative in formulating issues and in developing responses to them.
