Enrolling and Making Changes

Employees in benefit-eligible positions are automatically enrolled in the appropriate University-funded Retirement Plan.

You may enroll in the 403(b) and 457(b) Supplemental Retirement Savings Plans at any time.

To Enroll In the 403(b) and/or 457(b) Plan, complete Salary Reduction Agreement and submit it to the University Benefits Department.

403(b) Plan Salary Reduction Agreement - pre-tax contributions and after-tax Roth contributions (or combination of after-tax Roth and pre-tax contributions)"

457(b) Plan Salary Reduction Agreement - pre-tax contributions only

Also use the Salary Reduction Agreement form to:

• Stop payroll deduction
• Change the amount you defer each pay period
• Change your Investment Provider for future deferrals
• Change the amount deferred to different Investment Providers
