Who is Eligible for Coverage?
- Employees in benefit-eligible positions at 50% FTE or greater (employees must be actively at work on the day coverage takes effect)
- Spouses of employees
- Parents, parents-in-law, grandparents, grandparents-in-law
- Retirees and their spouses
Your premiums and the premiums for your spouse will be deducted directly from your paycheck.
Parents and grandparents may purchase coverage without your participation. Premiums for parents and grandparents are billed to them directly.
